Appoinments? Deposits?
Do I need an appointment? :
Yes ....
and it must be pre - booked and a deposit will be required.
To arrange your appointment or for enquiries, either, fill in the form at the end of this page
or message/text/whatsapp/facebook or email.
sorry you can't just "turn up" "to book/leave deposit" or just catch us for "a quick chat" or to "price something up".

Age Restrictions?:
Tattoos:
Minimum age 18 years to get a tattoo. Parental permission not valid regarding this age restriction.This is UK Law (not just our own rules) - google The Tattooing of Minors Act 1969 for further information.
Piercing:
Our minimum age requirement for piercing* is 14/16 years (depending on peircing type)... but... those aged under 18 years will still need parent present in the studio with them and also ID photographic proof of age required.
*Only age exception is for
ear lobe piercing where our minimum age requirement is 11 years old & parent/legal guardian must be present in the studio for any person under 18 years.
Tarot/oracle card readings
We only offer tarot/oracle card readings & spiritual development classes to those aged 18 years or over, in keeping with industry guidelines and hereby state that
"Tarot card readings etc & spiritual/psychic artwork are for entertainment purposes only".

Our New Location

we're now on Victoria Road, Hartlepool
After being located in our previous shop at the Burn Valley end of York Road Hartlepool for over 30 years
we unfortunately had to move due to the building owner selling property block where our previous shop was located..
Our location is now: office-rooms 6 & 7
first floor of
Bovis House Business Centre,
Victoria Road, Hartlepool. TS24 7SE
(opposite Loons/The Showroom, just along from the Cenotaph)
Entrance to Bovis House building is through the sliding doors between Poolie Time Exchange & Lilly Annes Cafe
(The Bovis House building has accessibility ramps and a lift as an alternative to the stairs.)
Where can I park?:
The are town centre/shopping centre car parks very near.
Are there public transport stops nearby? Yes, being located in Hartlepool's town centre area, the building where our office rooms are located is ideally situated for bus stops (some just outside the entrance door)
and the train station is just approx 10 minutes walk away.
