Appoinments? Deposits?
Do I need an appointment? :
Yes, we only
work by appointment
and it must be pre - booked and a deposit will be required.
To arrange your appointment or for enquiries, either, fill in the form at the end of this page
or message/text/whatsapp/facebook or email us.
sorry you can't just "turn up" "to book/leave deposit" or just catch us for "a quick chat" or to "price something up".
we don't have a reception/walk-in type of premises
Age Restrictions?:
Tattoos:
Minimum age 18 years to get a tattoo. Parental permission not valid regarding this age restriction.This is UK Law (not just our own rules) - google The Tattooing of Minors Act 1969 for further information.
Piercing:
Our minimum age requirement for piercing* is 16 years... but... those aged 16 to 18 years will still need parent present in the studio with them and also ID photographic proof of age required.
*Only age exception is for ear lobe piercing where our minimum age requirement is 11 years old & parent/legal guardian must be present in the studio for any person under 18 years.
Tarot card readings
We only give tarot card readings to those aged 18 years or over, in keeping with industry guidelines and hereby state that "Tarot card readings etc & spiritual/psychic artwork are for entertainment purposes only".

Our New Location
Have you moved?:....Yes ....but not far.. .. After being located in our previous shop on York Road for over 30 years we unfortunately had to move out due to the building owner selling the whole property block to a distant property company who required a totally non-viable, and simply ridiculous rental amount and lease agreements (one of the sadly many examples of how "levelling up" harmed rather than helped our local Hartlepool, small and independant business owners)
We're now located in: office rooms 6 & 7 on the first floor of Bovis House Business Centre,
Victoria Road, Hartlepool. TS24 7SE
(opposite Loons/Eskimo Joes)
We're above Poolie Time Exchange/Lily Annes's cafe.
Entrance to Bovis House building is through the sliding doors between Poolie Time & Lilly Annes Cafe
(The Bovis House building was renovated in recent years
so it has good accessibility ramps and a lift as an alternative to the stairs.)
Where can I park?:
The are the main town centre/shopping centre car parks nearby.
Are there public transport stops nearby?
We are located in the heart of Hartlepool town centre so we are fantastically situated for bus stops (some literally just outside the doors of our premises) and the train station is just approx 10 minutes away.
